I just, imagine a companion of the doctor who first so him or interacted with him, when he or she was young, and along the time created notes, and more notes, with information about him. Because that companion tracked the doctor down, because he or she tried to understand the mystery behind the madman in a blue box. And I imagine this notebook, very rusty, with a drawing of him in 1700s Viena or someplace of sorts, and his picture.
